Reyaan Traut is an adaptive athlete driven by a simple yet powerful philosophy: nothing is impossible.
He prefers to tackle challenges as they come, rather than setting rigid goals, a mindset that fuels his passion for cycling and his general pursuit of athletic excellence. This year, Reyaan's focus will be on broadening his athletic horizons, adding running and swimming to his repertoire, alongside the dedication he has to cycling.
The ultimate dream? To one day call himself an Ironman.
While the specific details of his favourite training rides remain a closely guarded secret, Reyaan's dedication to the sport is clear, having achieved significant success at both the national and international levels, winning numerous gold medals in South African and Western Cape track, time trial and road cycling championships.
One thing he is happy to share is his love for Cadence Nutrition’s Revive products.

Ask Reyaan about his most memorable cycling experience and he'll instantly transport you to Belgium. Last year's Para Tour of Flanders (2023), just before the World Championships, stands out vividly.
