Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1-2 scoops
Cadence Nutritionās Revive (flavour of your choice)

- 50ml milk (almond/normal whichever you prefer)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking powder and revive or protein fuel) while pre-heating your waffle iron.
- Mash the banana and add to the dry ingredients while adding the wet ingredients (milk and eggs).
- Pour the batter into your waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp and serve with toppings of your choice (fresh fruit & nutbutter).Ā
