No waffle iron, no problem - this recipe doubles as a fluffy flapjack option too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1-2 scoops Cadence Nutrition’s Revive (flavour of your choice)
  • 1Ā egg
  • 50ml milk (almond/normal whichever you prefer)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking powder and revive or protein fuel) while pre-heating your waffle iron.
  2. Mash the banana and add to the dry ingredients while adding the wet ingredients (milk and eggs).
  3. Pour the batter into your waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp and serve with toppings of your choice (fresh fruit & nutbutter).Ā
